1. Learner Enrolment Terms and Conditions

  1. AIOSHE’s core function, as an institute is to provide training/tuition, assessment and award relevant qualification upon successful completion of the course or subject, whichever is applicable.
  2. The institute share course material in pdf and/or hardcopy or any format or form suitable for your studies within five working days of the date of acceptance of your registration.
  3. Your email account shall be used for official correspondence between the institute and yourself.
  4. Learners shall not be permitted into the examination and may not write exams unless proof of payment of all fees under this contract is submitted and all fee are paid in full. However, training may be done when a payment plan has been approved by the institution.
  5. You shall not, by reason of your failure to submit assignments, or to write exams, be entitled to a reduction in fees, nor will it absolve the student from full liability for the payment of the full fees and charges.
  6. The institute reserves the right to discontinue services to a student when it is deemed reasonably necessary to do so.
  7. The right to tuition and writing of exams is not transferable. Accordingly, the learner shall attend and complete all assignments by him/herself. The learner shall be the only person entitled to write examinations in respect of the examinable subjects forming part of the course registered for.
  8. The student accepts that AIOSHE, shall have the right to vary and update course and/or subject syllabus at any time, without prior notification and without furnishing reasons thereof.
  9. You, the learner, are required to complete the course and complete all assessments in the stipulated time allocated for the course. The institute upon approval, allows up to two times the stipulated duration of course. After then the learner may have to re-enroll. If necessary, an extension may be granted for the study period, provided that the institute is notified promptly when you are prevented from studying due to illness or reasons beyond your control.
  10. Full-time trainer-learner contact time will be during the stipulated course duration time. We therefore encourage you, the learner, to fully utilise the time and ensure you complete the course in the specified timeframe.
  11. You pay for the replacement of study materials supplied to you by the institute.
  12. Study material supplied to you may not be passed/given/lent to any person and may not be accessed by anyone other than you. You may not allow anyone to copy such material nor may you supply copy of such material to any other person.
  13. You warrant that the information disclosed in this agreement is true and correct in every respect and it shall be a material breach of this agreement if such information or part thereof is found to be fraudulent, untrue or incorrect.
  14. You undertake to notify us in writing of any material changes to your contact details, including, but not limited to your business, postal or residential addresses, home, work or cell phone numbers, banking details and email addresses, within 7 (seven) days of such change.
  15. Training shall be between 0800Hrs and 1700Hrs (Monday to Friday). Efforts must be made to attend classes during this period. Training outside the above-mentioned period shall only be allowed on prior written request by the learner, arranged and approved by the institute.

2. Declarations and Indemnity

  1. I hereby declare and agree that I will make my payments as stated above.
  2. I understand that AMOSA SAFETY (Pvt) Ltd has the right to follow any legal channel or proceeding in the case of me failing to meet the above obligation agreed upon herein in recovering any amount due and in arrear and that I will become liable for the continuance of such payments until the account is paid in full.
  3. I also understand that if I do not supply all the relevant correct information when making bank transfer, I cannot hold AMOSA SAFETY (Pvt) Ltd responsible for non-payment of my account – this includes paying to an incorrect account even if the account details belong to AMOSA SAFETY (Pvt) Ltd.
  4. You indemnify AMOSA SAFETY (Pvt) Ltd, its employees, business partners and all its stakeholders of any injury, death, loss of property or anything which may arise as a result of the above-mentioned or any other service from the institute.
  5. All confidential information gathered from you will be kept strictly confidential and shall not be shared with any third party outside those required by the law and accreditation bodies.
  6. I acknowledge that the information provided above is true, correct and agree to fulfil any of my obligation as indicated herein.
  7. I confirm that I meet the requirements for admission and do I hereby submit my application to enrol for the above-mentioned course.

AIOSHE General Terms and Conditions

  1. All confidential information gathered from your organisation will be kept strictly confidential and shall not be shared with any third party outside those required by the law and accreditation bodies.
  2. Certificates, for all successful learners shall be issued within five days after the assessment date.
  3. All learners attending the above-mentioned training are required to be declared fit for work and in possession of documentary proof thereof as required in terms of the law. By signing this form, you confirm that all learners attending have undergone through the relevant “fitness-for-work” examination by a registered medical practitioner and are in possession of documentary evidence of such medical examination.
  4. All attendees shall submit a verifiable and legible ID Copy to the trainer before the training start date or latest on the first day of training.
  5. AIOSHE will deliver the agreed products and services according to the specified requirements, standards and timeframes, as mutually agreed and as documented herein. Deviations from agreed service, quality and time standards will be mutually agreed and subject to reasonable operational constraints and the unforeseen emergencies of uncontrollable internal or external situations experienced by either you our client organization or AI-OSHE.
  6. The client organisation shall invite the full total number of learners provided for in the quotation to attend the training. The total due as in the quotation/invoice covers for the deliverables on the venue and date stated above and may not be reduced if any learner fails to attend. If some of the learners, for whatever reason, fail to attend but wish to be trained on another separate day or venue that training shall be charged, arranged and paid for as a new booking – NO REFUND, FUND CARRY OVER OR REDUCTION IN FEES MAY BE DONE FOR LEARNERS WHO DON’T ATTEND.
  7. The AIOSHE Trainer while on-site may take photos and video clips of the training proceedings which may be used for AI-OSHE marketing and reporting purposes.
  8. The client organisation indemnifies AMOSA SAFETY (Pvt) Ltd, its employees, business partners and all its stakeholders of any injury, death, loss of property or anything which may arise as a result of the above-mentioned service.

Payment and Training Cancellation Terms

  1. Payment is required upfront unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  2. Considering the processes involved in preparing for a training session, all training cancellation within two working days of the training start date will incur a cancellation fee of twenty percent (20%) cancellation fee.
  3. Cancellation on the training start date as proposed above incurs a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount.
